A camp built on hospitality, faith, and donations.
Camp Eagle Rock exists so that groups can gather without the cost of a retreat center standing in the way. We host. You make the memories.
What we care about
Four things we never compromise on.
Faith first.
Every staff member, every campfire, every meeting room is offered as worship. Farwell Chapel sits at the center of the property for a reason.
Hospitality without bills.
We don't charge to stay here. Donations cover propane, meals, road maintenance, staffing, insurance, utilities — every dollar lands back on the property.
Skilled hands.
Our staff are NRA-certified RSOs, belay-trained climbing guides, and a working blacksmith. We don't outsource the activities our campers love.
Real wilderness.
Cabins are tucked into woods, the lake holds bass, and the trails are real trails. We keep the property feeling like the country, not a resort.
The story
From vision to a 6,000-person property.
- 1Beginnings
A vision for a faith-rooted camp.
Camp Eagle Rock began as a vision shared between families who wanted a place where ministry, outdoor adventure, and rest could happen together — without the cost barrier most retreat centers carry.
- 2Building it out
Eight lodging areas and counting.
Cabin by cabin, building by building, the property grew. Today there are eight distinct lodging areas — from the 14-cabin Gray Fox compound to the standalone 40-bed Pathfinder Bunkhouse — plus Farwell Chapel and a working blacksmith shop.
- 3Today
Hosting hundreds of groups a year.
Youth camps, family reunions, marriage retreats, college fellowships, church family camps — we host them all, with priority for groups returning year over year.
8 lodging areas
Cabins, bunkhouses, and primitive camping all on one property.
10 staffed activities
From archery to a working blacksmith forge — staff certified in-house.
100% donation-funded
No facility fees. Donations keep the lights on for the next group.
Come see it for yourself.
Most groups visit before they book. Reach out and we'll set up a tour.
