Spend a summer serving.
Every summer Camp Eagle Rock brings in select missionaries — usually teenagers and young adults — to learn and serve alongside our full-time staff. The summer ends with a fully-funded missions trip to El Salvador.
What's in it
A summer that pays you in more than money.
Weekly stipend
You're paid weekly for the work you do alongside full-time staff.
Fully funded missions trip
One-week trip to El Salvador in December — funded by the camp, no out-of-pocket cost.
Mentorship that lasts
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with full-time camp staff, ministry leaders, and the executive director.
Real ministry experience
Lead worship, run activities, disciple campers, cook meals, build cabins — every job is ministry.
Before you apply
Three things we ask of every applicant.
The capstone
A week in El Salvador, on us.
Every summer missionary who finishes the season comes with us to El Salvador in December for a one-week missions trip — fully funded by Camp Eagle Rock. Travel, lodging, meals, and ministry costs are covered.
It's the trip that turns a summer of work into a calling.
